Tournament Rules
Failure to comply with the rules may result in complete exclusion from any future events
1. Deadlines
Deadlines for tournament registration or submitting work for each round are displayed on the main page. Participants who fail to submit their work by the deadline will be disqualified from the tournament. Exceptions may be made if we are notified of a delay in submission.
If a participant fails to submit their work for a round and does not notify the judges in any way, they are considered disqualified from the tournament and will never ever be allowed to participate in any future events.
2. Generative AI
AI-generated content that serves as the main visual (generated video or art as a base) is prohibited. Any generative AI content (whether textures, sounds, or other elements) must be approved by judges. “Tool-based” elements are permitted: interpolation, upscaling, and rotoscoping (if desired).
Judges may always ask a participant to provide proof of the authenticity of their work (screenshots, project files, etc.)
3. It must be anime-related
Your works must be anime-based to some degree. You’re free to use any creative format (mograph, cgi, etc.) We introduced this requirement because it would be difficult and unfair to compare two works that come from completely different creative fields.
4. Other grounds for disqualification
- Vote manipulation / cheating
- Plagiarism/stolen content
- Toxic behavior
